If you are looking for a trainer who specializes in custom, total-body, fitness programs, then Sarah is the super-star personal trainer you’ve been looking for. I’m grateful I found her. She took the time to get to know me and my goals. She assessed my health issues and developed a program specific to my health conditions and fitness level. She truly understands the human body and how the muscles and joints are connected. She listens, but doesn’t coddle. She’ll adjust the workout, but not the intensity, and every week the intensity level increases as I get stronger. I also love her story. She’s a fighter who has battled back from her own injuries. Her road to recovery not only makes her a warrior, but empathetic to others who deal with health issues. Improvements for me have been incremental, which is what I expected based on where my fitness level started.
