8 Weeks to GROWTH

WOOOOO!!! Welcome to 8 Weeks of GROWTH

This portal is going to be your go-to for the duration of your time in the program.

I hope you realize how big of a win it is that you are here!! You should take a second and celebrate yourself before reading on (no, I am not kidding. Go do a happy dance)

Your first steps:

  • Fill out this intake survey: https://al2zfoyuucl.typeform.com/to/s7zGeR8u
  • Check your email (this is our main form of communication for this program. You will get private emails and email notifications from the community board)
  • Log into the community board (go to the left and click “community”). If you are having trouble, please watch the video we sent you via email before emailing your coach for further support. Introduce yourself on the 8WG page (on the left)
  • Schedule your first workouts
  • Familiarize yourself with this site — resources, community, workout gallery, live classes, tech support, etc.
  • CHECK SCHEDULE FOR EXPERT CALLS. Mark your calendar for these calls ASAP, so that you can plan around them. Schedule will be announced for the whole program before the program actually starts. You will get email reminders every week for accountability. Replays will be available, but attending live when possible is much preferred so you can get live feedback and coaching.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • It is your responsibility to submit your check ins every week by 11pm on Sunday to your coach via email. This is a very important part of the program.
  • To build community and to feel fully supported, we strongly recommend being active on the community board – comment on others’ posts, share your wins, ask questions, etc. (1-2x a week is a great place to start)
  • We will be emailing you pretty regularly, so please OPEN AND READ them in order to be held accountable.
  • We will also shoot you occasional texts to go with the emails (you can opt out of this if you want)

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • How much you put IN to this program is what you will get out.
  • We are here to support you 100% of the time, but this is not a 1:1 coaching program. It is your job to show up for yourself. That means: open our messages and respond, show up for workouts, show up for expert trainings, submit check ins EVERY week no matter how good or bad you think it may be, use the community board, ask questions, celebrate wins, and ask for help when you need it.
  • Our team has a 1-2 business day response time. Our business days are Monday-Friday. We occasionally work on Saturday AM and we are off on Sundays.
  • You have 24/7 access to the community board for general questions. This will likely lead to quicker responses because more than one person will be able to see it.
  • If you have tech questions, there is a tech support page. Please use it.
