You can expect to feel more confident, to have more energy, and to feel far less overwhelmed about what you need to do to lose weight.
What this challenge is NOT.
This challenge is not a quick fix. This is not a 1 week and done type thing. You will not be depriving yourself or over working and under eating. You will not be starving, you will not have to give up food you love, and you will not have to hate your life. This is not a diet that will require cutting carbs or fat or any one food entirely. (yes, you will have to cut back on somethings, but we will be getting all the food groups in the *right ratio* <–key)
This challenge will show you how you can lead a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle that will allow you to enjoy food, enjoy your life, and still see results. I am all about balance. Yes, you can enjoy pizza, donuts, and wine and still lose weight…. crazy, right?! You will just be enjoying these things in moderation.
